What level of support will I be given?
That depends on the package you have signed up for. Full details are included in the product brochures / descriptions and offer form.
Do you provide ongoing support, maintenance and updates?
Yes we do however this will be scoped out as part of the proposal submission process following the discovery discussion.
We also want you to have a legacy of support for your business development which is why we give you access to the resources that will enable you to succeed with your growth plans going forward.
Can you deliver the project / plans quicker?
Yes we can however that will require additional resources to enable which means the inclusion of additional services for which a quotation will be supplied. This is subject to discussion during the weekly review conversations, depending on the package you have signed up for.
Throughout the course of the programme we will have an open dialogue to how we can achieve your aims within your desired timeframes.
How do you make sure I achieve the results I want?
With sales and marketing there are no guarantees of success, there may be a fair amount of trial and error to get the mix right for creating sustainable success going forward. It’s also about consistent effort and commitment to achieving your goals. We need to be realistic about our expectations in the first place - that said, we are in this together!!
With that in mind I will borrow from a sailing analogy. When looking to grow your business you need to set your course (direction) however market conditions, like the sea can shift you off course. This is where I will work with you to keep you aligned and heading in the right direction, moving you towards your goals.
Can you give me a fixed-price quote?
Yes we can!
For the most part our programmes have a set price. However where there are variables, for instance with the growth services “a la carte options,” we will put a proposal in place to ensure you know what you will be paying for the duration of the agreement.
You can rest assured that there will be no hidden or “stealth” charges. If you decide you need additional services then you will be given a quotation for this. We aim to keep everything transparent and fair for you going forward. Trust is key to our working relationship.
How will you handle project payments from us?

Yes we can!
A comprehensive range of services have been designed with differing budgets in mind and according to where you are on your growth journey. For the growth programmes we have provided options for making instalments or one off payments.
Why should we use Integrow Sales Solutions over another agency?
Because of the experience I have working in your industry at the coal face. Besides giving advice to businesses like yours, I have actively been involved in delivering sales campaigns for companies like yours in a freelance capacity so I understand what your customer needs to move the conversation forward.

Yes we do. I am a great believer in everyone working to their strengths so with that in mind there may be some areas where I will need to bring in the expertise to deliver the best possible service for you. Rest assured my delivery partners will be fully vetted for their ability to deliver and we will oversee all the activities so that you can focus on your core business.
